It's just.
I mean.
Why?
Why do I have to fill out all those personal details on the internet?
Why do I have to do it even when I've submitted a resume?
Not only that.
Why, after I've submitted all aspects of my life to the company under which I hope to be employed, must I then subject myself to a ten page personality test?
Sometimes repeatedly.

It all feels so shady.
