Bad News Beach-Goers

So.
Jumbo Mexican Squids are invading San Diego beaches.
Not only are they washing up by the hundreds on tourist packed beaches...
(I'm sorry, I have to giggle here just a bit).
...but they are even attacking divers, some even attempting to pull the divers' masks off.
(Less funny, but I said "attempting.")

This is a SyFy Saturday movie waiting to happen.
I look forward to seeing it.
I eat those movies up.

Also, me and my college roommate have a theory that squids are really, truly aliens.
Honestly.
They're too weird not to be.

So.
Battling crippling laziness.
Floaty head syndrome.
And the fact that at the core of my character, I am a slack-jawed spectator.
...
I was actually really upset by the fire. Only when I got close enough to see where it was did I realized it had taken apart an upstart restaurant that I loved.
Not fun.

Let me lay out a common malady of desert people.
Hot weather and car handles.
Usually this ends with the almost inevitable loss of fingerprint identification.
