And when it happens, it's usually really inconvenient because it usually illicits looks of worry and concern from my friends, who, having been fully convinced of my dependance on sugar, usually associate my turning down of sugar as an apocalyptic omen.

Whhhhyyyy do I do this to myself?
I cut out at 4:00 am (which anyone who's seen the TED: Humor episode on the 4:00 am conspiracy, now knows the be the lowliest of all time frames).

My arms literally felt painted on the next day.
