I wish I could still make it to 4am. I'm such a lightweight now. But you are not alone in the multitasking/distraction for hours before you realize what time it is. I do this a lot between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Then I think to myself, "where did my day go?"
Ugh.All the freaking time.I do it all the freaking time and then wonder how I'm ever going to get my work done AND sleep again.*grumble*
yeah, I tried to go to bed at 12 only to stay up looking at the ceiling and figure to listen to podcasts and think about cons. I finally slept at 4am, woke up at 6.30. not drinking a full can of energy drinks, even if I only drink them in the morning.
You are braver then I am.I won't go near energy drinks.I am deathly afraid they will skew my circadian rhythm more so than it already is.
