Okay guys.
It's time.
I know my last note to you implied that there would be more SCRAPS to come, but that simply isn't the case anymore.
The break I got away from it kinda drove home how little I wanted to do SCRAPS anymore.
Don't get me wrong. I've been happy to be here and I've loved sharing my day to day with y'all. But I've reached a point where I feel like I've been on repeat and had nothing more to say. I'm also picking up professionally-wise and the constraints to my schedule are becoming hard to ignore.
I intend to keep the site up, and I've got two more books to print. But I think we're done here.
The comic did everything I needed it to do. It gave me a weekly deadline to meet, it put my work out there, it was fun. Those needs were met.
So now it's time to go.

I think it's fitting to end it here on such a high note. And you are absolutely right. It did everything it was supposed to do and you reached such an awesome goal at the end. And it's not like you aren't allowed to do slice of life mini-comics any longer.

Awwww. I will miss Scraps like crazy, but since I know all the awesome things you're doing I am of course super excited for all of that.
